Wi-Fi Access

Wifi is complimentary for all delegates. Please follow the below steps to connect:
Step 1: Connect to Pullman in Wifi settings.
Step 2: You will be redirected to a login page.
Step 3: Select “Complimentary Internet”.
Step 4: Scroll down to the bottom and type “Accept” into the box and connect.

If required, one clothed table, 2 x chairs can be supplied – please confirm with ACG by 29 March 2024. Hotel supplies are limited and will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Alternatively, tables and chairs can be hired from the exhibition supplier.

STAND SIZE:

Refer to the show floorplan for your specific stand size.

WALLS:

2.5mH White walls in an aluminum Octanorm frame.

FASCIA SIGN:

Aluminium frame with standard white fascia board with black lettering . Company names will be installed on each open aisle fascia. Each sign will be a maximum of 30 UPPERCASE characters including spaces.

LIGHTING:

2 x LED track mounted spotlights per 9 square meters mounted onto the light track inside the fascia.

POWER:

1 x 4amp power outlet per single stand.
Located in rear corner of stand unless otherwise specified.

FURNITURE:

No furniture included in the shell scheme package.

Our exhibition hire company has a wide range of booth furniture and display items for hire. Exponet will email each exhibitor with a link to their Online Exhibitor Kit (OEK) in January 2024. If you do not receive this, please contact Exponet no later than 29 March 2024.

The deadline for ordering your fascia sign and booth furniture is 29 March 2024. A 20% late fee will be charged after this date.

Please note: The ACG takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged exhibition booth items. Security of exhibition booth items is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Any agreements for furniture hire including custom booths, are between the exhibition supplier and the exhibitor and do not involve the ACG. View sponsor terms and conditions.

If you have a delegate bag insert included in your package, the deadline for delivery of your inserts to the venue is Friday 12 April 2024. Please ensure you have “Paste 2024 Delegate Bag Inserts” written on the delivery label. The quantity of inserts to send will be up to 250 units. A sample or description of the insert is required by the ACG no later than 1 March 2024.

*A delegate bag insert is not an automatic entitlement for exhibitors. If unsure, please check your entitlements with the ACG via events-acg@uwa.edu.au.

Display Materials

All display materials must be flameproof and are subject to inspection. Exhibition/display areas must be sited to allow access to emergency exits and firefighting equipment. No attachments are to be made to the flooring, ceilings, internal walls or furnishings of the hotel. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to return the area to its original condition.

Electrical

All electrical equipment brought into the hotel must be tested and tagged by a registered electrician. This includes extension leads, power boards and double adaptors.

If you are arranging your own freight transport, please ensure that your consignment is labelled correctly. Please use the delivery label.

PULLMAN MELBOURNE ON THE PARK : LOADING BAY INFORMATION
The loading bay is situated on B1, accessible via Wellington Parade entry. An intercom is located at the roller door for access.
Hours of Operation : Monday to Friday – 7:30 am – 3:00 pm
Conference deliveries to be made between the hours of 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Should you require access to the loading dock outside of these times, please liaise directly with your conference and events planner to coordinate. 

For any deliveries, the hotel has a pallet jack in the loading bay, to assist with transporting pallets to and from the conference floor. There is also a forklift available, in the loading bay, during the times of 7:30 am – 3:00 pm (Monday to Friday). Please note, the forklift is only licensed for the hotel purchasing team to use in the loading bay.

All requests must be made in writing and with a minimum 7 days’ notice.

 

Loading Bay Measurements – Display Item Restrictions

Height – 3 m (clearance)
Please note that if a truck and/or vehicle higher they will be turned away and additional delivery must be arranged by the courier
Length – 6.4 m
Width – 3.4 m (including mirrors)
As there is no ‘dock’ vehicles need to unload to ground level. Therefore, vehicles should have a tailgate lifter fitted, or be able to unload directly to the ground.
Please note the loading dock is only for loading and unloading. Parking is strictly prohibited in the loading dock.
Elevator Access to the Conference Floor
An elevator is available to move your product from our loading bay to the 1st floor. The elevator measures 1.8 m wide x 4.9 m deep x 2.5 m high. Weight restrictions apply – maximum weight allowed is 2 Tonne.

 

Booth materials may be delivered from 12 April 2024. All deliveries must come through the loading dock. Exhibitors must work with hotel staff to transport items to the exhibition floor/storage area. Any booth items which are large or unusual may need prior approval from the venue. Please contact ACG.

Storage Conditions

Goods may be delivered on 12 April 2024.
Goods must be collected no later than 24 hours after the event has concluded. Any items stored for longer than this, or are of a larger size may be subject to a storage fee.

Overseas Exhibitors

If you require a longer storage period prior to or post event due to overseas shipping and/or customs clearance, please advise if this is a requirement, and the ACG can liaise with the hotel.

Parking

Pullman Melbourne on the Park has over 100 spots in our secure and under covered car park.
The entrance to the car park is the main entrance of the hotel at 192 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne VIC 3002.
For conference delegates the Pullman hotel offers a discounted self-park rate of $35.00 AUD per vehicle, per day from 8am – 5.30pm.

For evening dinner guests, they offer a self-park rate of $35.00 AUD per vehicle, per day from 5pm – midnight.
Any attendee who requires overnight parking, will be charged at a rate of $40.00 AUD per vehicle, per night. 

Please note that all parking is strictly subject to availability.

HOW TO PAY FOR PARKING
Guests will need to retrieve a ticket at the boom gate.
Prior to exiting the building each guest will need to collect a validation ticket, from Concierge.
To make payment, guests will need to go to the pay machine, located on level B1 of the car park.
Guests will need to ensure the second ticket received from concierge is inserted into the machine following the original ticket, before making payment. This will ensure the discounted rate is applied.
Once payment has been made, the guest will receive an exit ticket and receipt.

Trade exhibition will take place in the foyer area and Ballroom 3.

Please check your sponsor entitlements to ascertain whether complimentary registrations are included and if so, how many and what type. Please check with the ACG if you are unsure.
