Registration for the Paste 2026 Conference provides the attendee with:

Accommodation

Parking
Covered parking is available at the InterContinental with 107 spaces.
Valet and self-parking are both at a daily cost of €25,00. For extended parking and electric parking please contact the hotel.
Visa and Entry Requirements
Attendees travelling to Portugal for Paste 2026 should review current visa requirements on the official Portuguese Government website.
Portugal is part of the Schengen Area. Travellers from visa-exempt countries, including Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most EU member states, may enter Portugal without a visa for short stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
The European Union is introducing a new Entry/Exit System (EES) for non-EU visitors. This system records biometric data (facial image and fingerprints) when entering and exiting the Schengen Area and is expected to be operational by the time of the conference.
The European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS) is not yet in effect and is currently scheduled to begin operations in late 2026, after Paste 2026.
International delegates are encouraged to check entry requirements early and allow adequate time to arrange any required visas or travel documentation.

Pre-conference registration will be open from 18:00 local time, 13 April 2026 at the registration desk, amongst the trade exhibitors, until the close of the welcome function.

A welcome function will be held Monday 13 April, from 19:00 local time in the trade exhibition area at The InterContinental, Lisbon.

Dinner guests can wait for and board the buses to dinner outside and to the left of the hotel reception.
